The First Draft
Things are still pretty busy here, but I did find the time to print out my first draft. It’s an interesting feeling holding the book in my hands. For one thing it weighs a lot more that I would have thought.
People have been asking me how long the book is. Telling them the word count sort of meets with blank stares (which is understandable). Even telling them the page count seemed to mean little. The look on peoples faces when they see the size of the pile of paper is a good feeling.
So here are a few more pics of the manuscript as it stands today. I hope I can find time to start editing the thing soon.
