Chapter 11 Done

My new glasses came in. I haven’t adjusted to them enough to move around without feeling disoriented, but I can look at the computer again more comfortably. I finished up revisions on Chapter 11, and I just heard the garage door, so it’s time to go help with the groceries (as soon as I kick off the backup).

Chapter 10 done

I’m hoping my new glasses come in soon so I can pick up the pace, but I managed to finish up to the end of Chapter 10 this morning.

2005 Series of Doctor Who to Air on Sci-Fi Channel (finally)

Haven’t posted much lately (still waiting for my new glasses), but this is big news. The 2005 Series of Doctor Who is finally going to air in the US (there’s a nice summary at Outpost Gallifrey). I’ve seen it, and it’s great. I can’t begin to explain how great it is. Even Denise enjoyed watching it. There’s no need to have seen the classic series to enjoy this, so don’t let the show’s history put you off.

Why my eye?

I don’t understand it. My right eye is again refusing to focus. It’s been almost a year since last time.
